Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Handling

General Care Instructions

Alexandra Zumbo jewellery is handmade & requires care when worn, handled & stored.

Alexandra Zumbo jewellery will retain its beauty for years if the following guidelines on jewellery care are adhered to.


Please remove when swimming, showering, exercising, performing sports activities, cleaning i.e detergent while wearing Alexandra Zumbo jewellery. 

keep away from perfume,creams,acetones,makeup & water.

This may cause damage or discolouring. 

Keep away from direct sunlight & heat. 

Store in cool dry place.

Store in Alexandra Zumbo packaging when not worn.

Clean with a soft cloth to remove dirt & dust. 




Alexandra Zumbo will gladly replace or refund within 4 months, any product deemed defective due to workmanship or material. 

we do not offer an exchange or refund on pieces that are damaged due to normal wear & tear, mishandling or negligence. Please note, no exchange or refund will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Proof of purchase is required. 



At Alexandra Zumbo we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, hand made jewellery.

To ensure you enjoy your Alexandra Zumbo jewellery and online shopping experience, we will gladly offer an exchange or Alexandra Zumbo credit note (credit note value excludes postage paid) if you have changed your mind within 7 days of your purchase.

Kindly note, if you have changed your mind after purchasing pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or refunds.

To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, Alexandra Zumbo jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original & protective packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

The Alexandra Zumbo Credit Note, in the form of a gift voucher will be valid for 6 months. Please ensure you contact us within seven days of receipt to arrange a return. We do not issue refunds if you have simply changed your mind.


When ordering rings, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size.
To assist you in purchasing your correct size, we offer ring size measurments.

You may exchange for a different size within 7 days from date of purchase.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.


All jewellery is carefully quality checked by Alexandra Zumbo, but vary occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Alexandra Zumbo jewellery is delicate in nature and should be handled carefully. All jewellery comes with care instructions and product care information that should be adhered to.

If you receive a faulty product, we will gladly, exchange or refund the original piece if the product was purchased within 6 months of notification. To notify us of the fault, email alexandrazumbojewellery@gmail.com and include the below information:

• Your name & address
• Proof of purchase
• A photograph of the item with a description of the fault.

The Alexandra Zumbo team will respond within 2 working days and will advise how to proceed. 


Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

All payments are safely processed through Pay Pal & Stripe.



ALEXANDRA ZUMBO delivers using Australia post registered. This way is the safest and we are able to track your parcel all the way. 

Australian registered Shipping Costs - $10.00

Standard/registered Australian orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery a courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.
